Our Story

Born out of a love of travel to tropical locations and good design, TropicaZona was created with a dream and desire to design and make tropical-, coastal-themed home décor + gift products that not only are aesthetically pleasing in their forms but also high-quality, useful + durable in function.  It is also our main goal to offer products that are green + recyclable and made from natural, sustainable and environmentally-friendly materials, such as bamboo, sustainable wood, recycled paper + fabric, plant fibers, coconut shell, ceramic, etc.

With the help of talented artists and artisans, we work to create products that I am proud of and withstand the test of time, becoming heirloom pieces that age with grace.  They also make it possible for me to travel for inspiration, which is key to the design and creation of all my products.
